One of my favourite websites is
the Grassi Museum für Musikinstrumente website. I really like this website
because it have lots of information about different musical instruments of all
de world, and I think this website is excellent for investigation works or for
who wants to know about musical instruments.
This website have articles whit
information about the collection of the Museum of musical instruments of
Leipzig University. The museum owns nearly 5000 European and no European
musical instruments, part of the collection can be visited online. Additionally,
many audio examples of the instrument in the collection are available, I think
that it’s the most interesting of the page.
I discovered this website one day
I had an investigation work about musical instruments, and it was very
important for my investigation. Since that day I have continued to visit the
website for different purposes. I visit this website at least once a week,
because the organology is an interesting topic for me, and this website always provides
me new information about it.
